1. Purpose

2. How to Submit a Complaint

3. Complaint Handling Process

Step 1 — Acknowledgement (within 48 hours)

Step 5 — External ADR Escalation (after 30 days)

If di internal complaints process no resolve your issue within 30 calendar days, or if you no satisfy with di final internal resolution, you get right to escalate am to our designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. See Section 7.

7. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

7.1 ADR Provider

7.2 When to Contact ADR
