1.2 Corporate governance and ownership¶

2. Eligibility¶

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling activities for your jurisdiction, whichever one high pass, to access and use the Platform.

3. Account & Wallet¶

4. Platform Description¶

Encryption-at-rest, key management, regulator access to historical records, retention periods, and the list of sub-processors dem set am out in detail for Technical Hosting & Audit-Access Annex wey we dey maintain and share with our gaming-licence regulator and our independent auditor on request. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals¶

6. Prohibited Activities¶

To dey collude with other users to manipulate prize distributions

6.2 Financial Crimes¶

To dey use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
To dey deposit funds wey you obtain through illegal means
To dey attempt to circumvent AML/KYC procedures

6.3 Identity & Account Abuse¶

To dey create or use multiple accounts
To dey use another person identity or credentials
To dey provide false information during registration or verification
To dey allow third parties to use your account

6.4 Technical Abuse¶

To dey attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software
To dey exploit bugs or technical errors for personal gain (users we dey encourage to report bugs)
To dey interfere with the Platform infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks

6.5 Consequences¶

Violation of any prohibited activity fit result in: - Immediate account suspension or permanent ban - Forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings - Reporting to relevant authorities - Legal action

7. Bonuses & Promotions¶

7.1 Bonus Tips¶

7.2 Bonus Terms¶

8.3 User Content¶

By using the Platform, you dey grant us non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your wallet address and gameplay data for Platform operation, analytics, and marketing purposes (for anonymized form).

9. Limitation of Liability¶

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties¶

The Platform dem provide am on "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We no dey guarantee say the Platform go dey uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.2 Limitation¶

To the maximum extent wey applicable law permit, the Operator no go liable for: - Any losses wey you incur through gameplay, including financial losses from ticket purchases - Losses wey result from blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, or oracle malfunctions - Losses wey result from unauthorized access to your account - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9.3 Maximum Liability¶

In no event go the Operator total liability exceed the amount wey you deposit into the Platform for the preceding 12 months.

9.4 Force Majeure¶

The Operator no liable for failures or delays in performance wey result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, infrastructure provider outages, or industry-wide service disruptions.

9.5 Crypto-Specific Disclaimers¶

You dey acknowledge say the Platform dey operate on top of public blockchain infrastructure and third-party providers. The Operator no liable for losses, delays, or service interruptions wey result from:

Arbitrum L2 sequencer downtime or chain reorganizations — settlement fit delay until the chain resume normal operation
RPC provider outages (Alchemy and our fallback providers) — buy and claim transactions fit temporarily unavailable
Chainlink VRF v2.5 oracle delays or fulfillment failures — draws fit retry or refund if the oracle no deliver verifiable random word within the configured timeout
Gas price spikes on Arbitrum wey exceed normal operating parameters
Smart-contract pauses wey our circuit breakers trigger in response to detected anomalies
Web3Auth provider outages wey fit temporarily prevent social-login authentication
USDT contract issues on Arbitrum, including but not limited to issuer-side actions wey dey affect the USDT token
didit.me KYC provider outages wey fit temporarily prevent verification flows
Bridge or wallet-recovery delays for users wey dey transfer funds to or from Arbitrum

Where e reasonably possible we go communicate operational status through the Platform and via [email protected]. Where funds dey temporarily inaccessible due to one of the above events, those funds remain yours and dem go become accessible once the underlying issue resolve.

10. Modifications to Terms¶

10.1 Right to Modify¶

We get right to modify these Terms anytime. We go communicate material changes through the Platform (e.g., notification banner, email) at least 14 days before dem take effect.

10.2 Continued Use¶

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications na acceptance of the updated Terms. If you no agree to modified Terms, you must cease to dey use the Platform and withdraw any remaining funds.

11. Account Termination¶

11.3 Effect of Termination¶

12. Dispute Resolution¶

12.1 Complaints Process¶

If you get complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, you fit either contact us at [email protected] or open the complaint form directly for your account at Support → File a Complaint, wey go route the case as regulated complaint (separate from general support request). The form go let you select complaint category — payout dispute, KYC dispute, account blocked, game fairness, data protection, or other — and optionally attach the disputed on-chain transaction hash and amount.

12.2 Internal Escalation¶

If you no satisfy with the first-line response, dem go escalate the complaint to our Compliance Officer for second-level review. The Compliance Officer decision na final at the internal level and dem go issue am in writing.

12.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)¶

If you still dissatisfy with the outcome of our internal complaints process, or if we never provide final written response within 30 calendar days from the date wey you first raise the complaint, you fit escalate the matter to independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as our gaming-licence conditions require:

12.5 Regulator Complaint¶

13. Governing Law¶

14.4 Non-Custodial¶
