Responsible Gaming Policy

ChainBETs.win — Blockchain Number Game on Arbitrum

Version 2.1 — June 2026 Last updated: 29.06.2026

1. Our Commitment

ChainBETs is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all users. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape problems. We provide the following tools and resources to help you stay in control.

2. Spending and Loss Limits

The Platform offers two complementary kinds of pre-commitment limits — a spending limit and a loss limit. They run in parallel. Whichever you hit first blocks further play in the period.

2.1 Spending limits — how much you can place

You can set the following spending limits in your Account settings: - Daily limit — maximum amount you can place per day - Weekly limit — maximum amount per week - Monthly limit — maximum amount per month

A spending limit caps the sum of stakes you have placed in the period, regardless of how much you have won back.

2.2 Loss limits — how much you can be down

In addition to spending limits you can set per-period loss limits. A loss limit measures your net loss in the period:

loss in period = stakes placed in period − winnings credited in period

A loss limit therefore lets you keep playing if you are winning, and only blocks further play once your net losses for the period reach the threshold you chose. This matches the licensing-jurisdiction wording "deposit and loss limits, where appropriate" and gives you a more accurate brake than a stake-only limit alone.

2.3 Limit decreases

Decreasing any limit — spending or loss — takes effect immediately. This ensures that if you feel you are spending or losing too much, you can take action right away without waiting.

2.4 Limit increases

Increasing or removing any limit requires a 24-hour cooling period. This prevents impulsive decisions to loosen your limits during gameplay. The pending change is visible in your Account settings with the exact date and time it will take effect. The cooling period is shared across all six limits — if you change several limits at once, they all become effective together after 24 hours.

2.5 Defaults and cross-wallet scope

New accounts have a default daily spending limit of 250 USDT and no loss limit set. You may adjust either kind of limit at any time through your Account settings. If you have completed identity verification on more than one wallet, the strictest of your limits across linked wallets applies to all of them — opening a second wallet does not let you bypass the limits you set on the first.

3. Self-Exclusion

3.1 Temporary Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can activate self-exclusion in your Account settings for a period of: - 1 day - 7 days - 30 days - 90 days - Custom period, up to a maximum of 365 days

During self-exclusion, you cannot purchase tickets. You can still log in to view your account and withdraw funds.

Cross-wallet scope. If you have completed identity verification (Tier-1 Age Gate or Tier-2 Full KYC) on any of your wallets, the Platform links those wallets to a single verified identity via biometric face-match (person_id). A self-exclusion you set on one verified wallet automatically applies to every other wallet linked to the same identity, and to any new wallet that later verifies to that same identity. The cross-wallet enforcement uses the most-protective expiry across the group, so opening a second wallet does not let you bypass an exclusion you placed on a first wallet.

3.2 Extending Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods can be extended at any time but cannot be shortened. This ensures that the protective measure remains effective. As with §3.1, an extension you make on one verified wallet applies cross-wallet to your linked identity.

3.3 Permanent Self-Exclusion

Permanent self-exclusion can be activated directly from your Account settings (a confirmation dialog explains the consequences before it takes effect) — you do not need to contact support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and, like the temporary form, applies cross-wallet to every wallet linked to your verified identity. Any future identity verification that matches your face will inherit the permanent exclusion. The Compliance Officer can review the audit log of the action but has no Player-facing override.

4. Account Restrictions

4.1 Admin-Imposed Restrictions

In addition to user-set limits, our team may impose restrictions if concerning patterns are detected: - Buy Block — You can log in and claim winnings, but cannot purchase new tickets - Full Suspension — Complete account block in severe cases

4.2 Reinstatement

Restrictions imposed for responsible gaming reasons will only be lifted after a review period and, if applicable, after the user has engaged with support resources.

5. Warning Signs

You may have a gambling problem if you: - Spend more than you can afford - Chase losses by increasing your bets - Borrow money to gamble - Neglect work, family, or other responsibilities - Feel anxious, irritable, or depressed about gambling - Lie about how much time or money you spend gambling - Gamble to escape problems or negative feelings

If you recognize any of these signs in yourself or someone you know, please seek help.

6. Underage Prevention

6.1 Age Verification

The Platform requires users to be at least 18 years old. Age is verified through: - Self-declaration during registration (date of birth) - KYC identity verification (when triggered)

6.2 Minors

If we discover that a minor has created an account: - The account will be immediately closed - All deposits will be returned (minus any winnings) - Winnings will be voided

6.3 Parental Responsibility

If you share your device with minors, we recommend using parental controls and keeping your login credentials secure.

8. Transparency

8.1 Provably Fair

All game outcomes are generated by Chainlink VRF and can be independently verified on the Arbitrum blockchain. No human can influence or predict results.

8.2 Non-Custodial

User funds are managed by smart contracts, not by the Operator. Prize pools are distributed automatically. This reduces the risk of operator misconduct.

8.3 Win Probability

The odds of matching all 6 numbers are approximately 1 in 3,838,380. Full odds for each match level are displayed in the "How It Works" section of the Platform.

9. Self-Assessment

Ask yourself the following questions honestly: 1. Do I spend more time or money gaming than I intended? 2. Have I ever lied about how much I gamble? 3. Do I gamble to escape problems or feel better? 4. Have I borrowed money or sold possessions to gamble? 5. Has my gambling caused problems in my relationships?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, consider setting stricter limits or taking a break through self-exclusion.
