By accessing or using ChainBETs.win ("the Platform"), including any associated applications, websites, smart contracts, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of ChainBETs.

1.2 Corporate governance and ownership

The Operator confirms — and the Anjouan Licensing Authority verifies as part of the licence application — that:

  • All Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) holding 10% or more of the Operator have completed the same full identity verification (passport-OCR + liveness + face-match + AML/PEP/sanctions screening) that the Platform applies to its players. The UBO verification records are held by the Operator's counsel and disclosed to the regulator on request.
  • All members of the Operator's Board of Directors and the Compliance Officer have completed the same verification.
  • The Operator's Articles of Association expressly authorise the conduct of online gaming and lottery activities in the licensed jurisdiction. The relevant clause is on file with counsel and with the regulator.
  • The Operator's status under the licence is B2C operator (offering games directly to consumers via the Platform). To the extent the Platform's software stack is also licensed to third parties in the future, those engagements operate under a separate B2B Software-Provider agreement disclosed to the regulator.
  • Source-of-funds documentation for the Operator's initial capitalisation has been provided to the regulator in accordance with the Anjouan pre-flight requirements (relevant for entities incorporated within the previous six months).

The full corporate file — UBO list, board composition, Articles of Association excerpt, source-of-funds package — is held by counsel as a controlled document; it is not published on the Platform but is available to the regulator and to ADR proceedings under §12.

Throughout this document the Operator is referred to as "we", "us" or "the Operator".

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access and use the Platform.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is not available to users located in, or citizens of, jurisdictions where online gambling or blockchain-based gaming is prohibited or restricted by law. The following jurisdictions are currently blocked:

  • France, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands
  • Australia, Japan, United States
  • United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, China
  • The European Union as a whole, with effect from the date of commercial launch

This list may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Circumventing geographic restrictions (e.g., via VPN) constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one account on the Platform. Creation or use of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3. Account & Wallet

3.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created through Web3Auth social login (Google, Apple, Email) which generates an embedded blockchain wallet on your behalf. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete requested verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

4. Platform Description

4.1 Game Mechanics

ChainBETs is a blockchain-based number game where users select 6 numbers from a range of 1–40. Winning numbers are generated using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function), ensuring provably fair and tamper-proof results.

4.2 Prize Pool Structure

The Platform operates on a parimutuel prize pool model. Ticket purchases contribute to daily prize pools which are distributed among winners of each match level (3, 4, 5, and 6 matches). Prize distribution percentages are defined in the smart contract and are publicly verifiable.

4.3 Settlement

Daily settlement occurs at 00:00 UTC. Winning numbers are determined, matches are calculated, and prizes are allocated through on-chain smart contract execution. Settlement results are final and immutable once recorded on the blockchain.

4.4 Smart Contracts

All game logic, prize calculations, and payouts are executed via smart contracts deployed on the Arbitrum blockchain. Contract addresses are publicly available and the code is verifiable on-chain.

4.5 Hosting and audit access

The Platform's off-chain components (web application, admin panel, background workers, and the operational database that holds player profiles, KYC records, and audit logs) are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union region. Encryption-at-rest, key management, regulator access to historical records, retention periods, and the list of sub-processors are set out in detail in a Technical Hosting & Audit-Access Annex that we maintain and share with our gaming-licence regulator and our independent auditor on request. The annex is updated whenever the underlying infrastructure or sub-processor stack changes. Player funds themselves are never held in this infrastructure (see §4.4 and §14.4) — a compromise of the hosting layer cannot move player funds, only impact availability of the Platform's services.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Currency

The Platform exclusively uses USDT (Tether) on the Arbitrum network for all transactions. No fiat currency deposits or withdrawals are supported.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are made by transferring USDT to the Platform via the integrated wallet. Deposits are processed immediately upon blockchain confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the user's connected wallet address. Processing times may vary but are typically completed within minutes. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

5.4 Transaction Fees

Blockchain gas fees (typically ~0.01 USDT on Arbitrum) are included in the ticket price. No additional fees are charged by the Platform for standard deposits or withdrawals.

5.5 Minimum & Maximum Amounts

Ticket prices are defined per pool tier (Micro, Mini, Standard, Maxi) and are displayed before each purchase. The Platform may impose daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits as part of responsible gaming measures.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate prize distributions

6.2 Financial Crimes

  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
  • Attempting to circumvent AML/KYC procedures

6.3 Identity & Account Abuse

  • Using another person's identity or credentials
  • Providing false information during registration or verification
  • Allowing third parties to use your account

6.4 Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software
  • Exploiting bugs or technical errors for personal gain (users are encouraged to report bugs)
  • Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks

6.5 Consequences

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in: - Immediate account suspension or permanent ban - Forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings - Reporting to relevant authorities - Legal action

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Tips

The Platform may award bonus tips through various mechanisms including profile completion bonuses, login streak rewards, consolation bonuses, and promotional campaigns.

7.2 Bonus Terms

Bonus tips are non-transferable and have no cash value until used for gameplay. Winnings from bonus tips are treated identically to winnings from paid tips.

7.3 Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to revoke bonuses and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that bonus conditions have been abused. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or systematic abuse of promotional offers.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of ChainBETs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Smart Contract Code

Game logic smart contracts are deployed on a public blockchain and are verifiable by design. This does not grant users the right to copy, modify, or deploy derivative works based on our proprietary smart contract architecture.

8.3 User Content

By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your wallet address and gameplay data for Platform operation, analytics, and marketing purposes (in anonymized form).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for: - Any losses incurred through gameplay, including financial losses from ticket purchases - Losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract failures, or oracle malfunctions - Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall the Operator's total liability exceed the amount deposited by you into the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

9.4 Force Majeure

The Operator is not liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, infrastructure provider outages, or industry-wide service disruptions.

9.5 Crypto-Specific Disclaimers

You acknowledge that the Platform operates on top of public blockchain infrastructure and third-party providers. The Operator is not liable for losses, delays, or service interruptions resulting from:

  • Arbitrum L2 sequencer downtime or chain reorganizations — settlement may be delayed until the chain resumes normal operation
  • RPC provider outages (Alchemy and our fallback providers) — buy and claim transactions may be temporarily unavailable
  • Chainlink VRF v2.5 oracle delays or fulfillment failures — draws may be retried or refunded if the oracle does not deliver a verifiable random word within the configured timeout
  • Gas price spikes on Arbitrum that exceed normal operating parameters
  • Smart-contract pauses triggered by our circuit breakers in response to detected anomalies
  • Web3Auth provider outages that may temporarily prevent social-login authentication
  • USDT contract issues on Arbitrum, including but not limited to issuer-side actions affecting the USDT token
  • didit.me KYC provider outages that may temporarily prevent verification flows
  • Bridge or wallet-recovery delays for users transferring funds to or from Arbitrum

Where reasonably possible we will communicate operational status through the Platform and via [email protected]. Where funds are temporarily inaccessible due to one of the above events, those funds remain yours and will become accessible once the underlying issue is resolved.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform (e.g., notification banner, email) at least 14 days before they take effect.

10.2 Continued Use

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining funds.

11. Account Termination

11.1 User-Initiated

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance.

11.2 Operator-Initiated

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: - Violation of these Terms - Suspected fraud or prohibited activities - Failure to complete requested identity verification - Regulatory requirements

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: - Access to the Platform will be revoked - Legitimate, unclaimed winnings may be withdrawn within 30 days (unless forfeited due to fraud) - Bonus balances are forfeited - We may retain transaction records as required by law

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, you can either contact us at [email protected] or open the complaint form directly in your account at Support → File a Complaint, which routes the case as a regulated complaint (separate from a general support request). The form lets you select a complaint category — payout dispute, KYC dispute, account blocked, game fairness, data protection, or other — and optionally attach the disputed on-chain transaction hash and amount.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days, in line with Complaints Policy §3. Once a complaint is filed you can see its 30-day SLA countdown on the ticket detail page, so you always know how much time remains under the Operator's internal-resolution obligation. The detailed handling procedure, including required information, escalation steps, the cross-wallet identity scope, and your rights, is set out in our Complaints Policy.

12.2 Internal Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the first-line response, the complaint is escalated to our Compliance Officer for a second-level review. The Compliance Officer's decision is final at the internal level and will be issued in writing.

12.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, or if we have not provided a final written response within 30 calendar days from the date you first raised the complaint, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as required by our gaming-licence conditions:

  • ADR Provider: [ADR provider — to be designated and confirmed prior to commercial launch]
  • Submission window: Within 6 months of our final written response, or within 6 months of the expiry of the 30-day internal resolution window
  • Cost: Free of charge to the player
  • Outcome: The ADR provider's decision is binding on the Operator
  • Records: Both parties may rely on the on-chain settlement record and the kyc_audit_log audit trail when presenting evidence

The complete ADR procedure, including the list of required documents and the escalation timeline, is set out in Complaints Policy §7.

12.4 Binding Arbitration

Where ADR is not available or has been exhausted without resolution, any remaining dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by our gaming-licence jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are not permitted.

12.5 Regulator Complaint

You may at any time lodge a complaint directly with the gaming regulator of our licence jurisdiction. The regulator's contact details will be published on the Platform once the licence is issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (or such other jurisdiction in which the gaming licence is held, if amended). Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to the prior exhaustion of the dispute-resolution procedure set out in Section 12.

14. Provably Fair Gaming

14.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes are determined using Chainlink VRF v2.5, an industry-standard verifiable random function provided by Chainlink, the leading decentralized oracle network.

14.2 Verification

Users can independently verify any game result using the transaction hash and the publicly available smart contract code on the Arbitrum blockchain.

14.3 Randomness Source

Game outcomes rely exclusively on Chainlink VRF v2.5 as the verifiable random number generator. No other randomness source contributes to the determination of winning numbers.

14.4 Non-Custodial

User funds are managed by smart contracts, not by the Operator. Prize pools are distributed automatically according to immutable smart contract logic. "We don't hold the money. The code does."

15. Responsible Gaming

The Platform is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for detailed information about: - Daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits - Self-exclusion options - 24-hour cooling period for limit increases - External support resources (gamblingtherapy.org)
